Delivery

We ship to most destinations around the World (please check in advance if you are unsure.) We use Royal Mail for all shipping though due to weight restrictions etc, we may occasionally use a courier of which you will be informed in advance.

We use the following methods of shipping:

UK - Evri Recorded Delivery
Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
Rest of World - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 

Each of the above methods will provide a tracking number and the parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

Your exact shipping cost will be worked out automatically when you select your country in the checkout menu. If you do not see your country listed then please contact us in advance and we can arrange an alternative shipping method. 

For international orders, a valid telephone number including country/area codes must be provided.

IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes or custom fees that are beyond our control. All deliveries are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. Any fees, including admin fees, imposed as part of this process, are the responsibilty of the recipient.

For precise up to date shipping costs, we offer a user-friendly shipping calculator during checkout. This promotes transparency, allowing you to budget costs accurately.

Second Class Shipping within the UK:


For our customers within the United Kingdom, we provide a tracked second-class delivery method. You should receive your order within two working days of receiving your dispatch notification. Please note we only post on nominated days of the week, so please allow 5 days for delivery.

 

Returns

Unsuitable items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your receiving the item(s). All items must be in brand new and unworn condition and with original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with our returns address.

Please note:


Unfortunately, we do not refund postage costs. Customers are responsible for arranging their own delivery for returning items.
